JC de Ridder has 29 years’ management consulting experience in both private and public sectors. He is pro-active, quality-driven and focuses on building long-term relationships by working in close partnership with his clients. JC is an experienced knowledge manager and performed various KM audits, maturity assessments and strategy designs in the public sector. He is also a PRINCE2 certified project manager and PROSCI change management practitioner.

Dr Andrew Kok

Dr Andrew Kok is a seasoned Knowledge Management expert. He obtained an MBA from the University of Stellenbosch with a dissertation on “Developing a framework for managing knowledge in an enterprise to gain a competitive advantage”. He also received a D Com (Strategic Management) from the University of Johannesburg with a thesis on Intellectual Capital Management at South African Universities. He previously served as Knowledge Manager in the Western Cape Government.
