Resistance to change is human. It cannot be prevented, only managed. Change management (CM) is a structured approach used by organisations to plan, implement, and control changes so that people can adapt effectively with minimal disruption. Change management is an enabling framework to manage the people side of change.

Why is it important? Change management assists individuals to make an emotional connection to the relevant change. It protects the investment made by the organisation in the change initiative and helps to realise ROI (Return on Investment). Research proves that a project is six times more likely to deliver the intended benefits if change management is incorporated into the overall project.

We carry PROSCI change management practitioner certification and can assist your staff establishment to navigate through complex changes by applying the ADKAR model (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement).
